Membership Card Redemption

Membership Card Redemption

Filled up your Grumpy Mail membership card? Thank you for sticking around this long. As a small thank-you, you can pick a free sticker sheet from one of our past months, and we’ll tuck it into your mail.

Membership cards were a little thank-you for our very first members, who joined between January and April. If you came along after that, you didn’t miss out on purpose. We’re just as happy to have you, and there’ll be more little surprises along the way!

How to redeem

1. Take a clear photo of your completed membership card.
2. Fill in the redemption form and choose your sticker sheet.
3. Look out for it in your next mail.

When will it arrive?

Submit by the 5th of the month and your sticker sheet will come with that month’s mail. Submissions after the 5th go out with the following month’s mail.

Example:

• Submit between 6 Oct and 5 Nov → arrives with your November mail
• Submit between 6 Nov and 5 Dec → arrives with your December mail

You’ll need to be subscribed for the month you submit for. Since every envelope is packed by hand by just me, I’m not able to hold sticker sheets for later months. Sorry!

One claim per member.
