Each month, your recipient will receive a curated mail package containing:

Frequently asked questions (Please read!)

Subscription date cut off is 15 April for April's mail. If you join between 15 April to 15 May, you will receive May's edition as your first mailer.

There are two shipping dates. For orders placed before or on the 5th, your mail will be shipped out around the 8-10th of each month (SGT). If you subscribed between the 6-15th, your order will be shipped around the 18-20th of the month.

Please allow up to 3-24 business days (weekdays excluding Public Holidays) for orders to arrive. If your mail has not arrived 24 business days after the post date, you can contact me via email at grumpygirlstudiosg@gmail.com for a replacement.

To keep your subscription affordable, all snail mail is sent via basic mail without tracking. Please allow up to 3-24 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) for your goodies to arrive.

Billing recurs on the 17th of every month after your first payment.

If payment fails to go through, the system will retry multiple times. If payment still fails, Shopify automatically pauses your subscription. You can resume your subscription at any time.

All mail are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after an order is placed. However, mail club subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.
