Frequently Asked Questions

Subscription date cut off is 5 February for February's mail. If you join between 6 February to 5 March, you will receive March's edition as your first mailer.

Mail will be shipped out around the 8-10th of each month (SGT). Please allow up to 3-24 business days (weekdays excluding Public Holidays) for orders to arrive. If your mail has not arrived 24 business days after the post date, you can contact me via email at grumpygirlstudiosg@gmail.com for a replacement.

To keep your subscription affordable, all snail mail is sent via basic mail without tracking. Please allow up to 24 business days (weekdays, excluding public holidays) for your goodies to arrive.

You can edit your subscription, payment details, address and more at any time through this link: Manage Your Subscription

Billing recurs every month, on the same day you first subscribe. (Eg. When you subscribe on 30 January, your next billing will be 30 February) You may cancel your subscription at any time. If payment fails to go through, the system will retry multiple times. If payment still fails, Stripe automatically cancels your subscription.

All mail are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after an order is placed. However, mail club subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
